Price structure

The prices shown are the rental prices for a maximum event period of 24 hours (excluding consumables).
For additional 24 hours, 50 % of the rental price will be charged (for components rounded up to the next full euro, for sets rounded up to the next five euros).
For the weekend (72 hours from Friday to Monday) a special rate applies and only 48 hours will be charged.
Special conditions apply for long-term rentals. Please write to us in this regard.
According to the small business regulation (§ 19 UstG), the sales tax is not shown separately.

pickup and return

The dates for pickup and return of the equipment are agreed individually and are in principle possible on any day of the week (also Saturdays and Sundays without surcharge). Depending on availability, the equipment can usually be picked up as early as Friday afternoon for a Saturday evening event without incurring an additional charge. The return is equally possible on Monday afternoon. However, we cannot guarantee the dates on Friday or Monday at the simple price and they can change at short notice. If you want a guaranteed pickup on Friday or return on Monday, then the weekend rate applies (see above). At the handover of the equipment you will receive a short briefing on the assembly and operation of the equipment.

assembly, disassembly and transport

We also offer the transport of the equipment to the venue as well as the assembly and disassembly of the equipment to our rental. The minimum rate for this is 100 €. The exact amount depends on the transport distance and the rented equipment and will be communicated to you in the offer.

deposit

In addition to the rental price, a deposit of at least 50 € is due upon handover of the equipment, which will be returned upon proper return of the equipment. The exact amount depends on the rented equipment and will be communicated to you in the offer.

This offers the advantage that the cart is saved. In addition, after entering the form data, additions can still be made in the other menu items without losing the form data already entered.

stands

To set up the stands, loosen the locking screws. Slide the tripod legs away from each other and align them so that the cross struts are parallel to the ground. Then tighten the locking screws.
